By accessing and using Odontogram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Odontogram is an administrative management and clinical registration tool designed for dental health professionals. The Service allows for patient management, creation of digital odontograms, treatment plans, and appointment scheduling.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is an administrative support and documentation tool.
• The Service does NOT substitute your professional clinical judgment.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and the clinical decisions made.
• The Service should not be used as the sole basis for critical medical decisions.

To use the Service, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We strongly recommend activating Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your patients' data.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary consent from your patients to enter their personal and health data into the Service, complying with applicable local regulations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Odontogram and its licensors.

In no event shall Odontogram, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
